Queso Burgers - Dessert Now, Dinner Later!



These Queso Burgers are a delightful fusion of Tex-Mex flavors with classic burger goodness. The addition of queso dip gives them a creamy, cheesy kick that takes them to the next level. They're perfect for a quick and satisfying dinner, with just the right amount of indulgence.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cup queso dip
  • Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings

Instructions:

Ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, diced bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl

Combine well

Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty

Set a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat to get it hot

The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them

In the last minute of cooking, put a piece of cheddar cheese on top of each burger and let it melt

Grill or pan-saute the hamburger buns for about one minute, until they get a little brown

Spread queso dip on the bottom half of each bun before putting the burgers together

Put a burger patty on top, then lettuce, tomato, and any other toppings you want

Put the other half of the bun on top

Serve the queso burgers right away and enjoy!
