Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Pot Pie



Indulge in the comforting flavors of this cheesy chicken broccoli pot pie. It's a perfect combination of tender chicken, crisp broccoli, and creamy cheddar cheese, all nestled in a flaky pie crust.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can 10
  • 5 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 refrigerated pie crust

Instructions:

Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C

Put cooked chicken, broccoli florets, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl

Put the chilled pie crust into a pie dish and cut off any extra

Fill the pie crust with the chicken and broccoli mix

Another pie crust or lattice strips can be used to cover the pie if you want to

Crimp the edges to seal them

After the oven is hot, bake the pie for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly

Wait a few minutes before cutting it up and serving it
