Vegan Black Bean Brownies

These vegan black bean brownies are better for you than regular brownies because they are made with black beans and oats, which are high in fiber and protein. Also, they don't have any dairy, so vegans and people who are allergic to dairy can eat them.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can 15 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions:

Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up

A 9x9-inch baking pan should be greased

Add the rolled oats, salt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and baking powder to a food processor

Then add the black beans

Mix until smooth

Add the chocolate chips and mix them in

Spread out the batter in the baking pan that has been prepared

Put it in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean

Let it cool down before you cut it into squares

Have fun!
