Bacon Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes



These Bacon Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes are a delightful and easy-to-make appetizer. The creamy filling with crispy bacon adds a burst of flavor to each bite.

Ingredients:

  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Cut the tops off the cherry tomatoes and scoop out the seeds and pulp

In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled bacon, cream cheese, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper

Stuff each cherry tomato with the bacon and cream cheese mixture

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving

Serve as a delicious appetizer or snack!
